Actually the market is efficient and sometimes does get it wrong; it does eventually get it corrected however. We are dealing with VZ and I would say that is the basis of the SP performance todate; it is political. When the permit comes and we do not get a pop on price then you can have your day on this forum and we are all wrong. If on the other hand the SP rises on permit issuance then we all get to enjoy it period.

One of the beauties of living in a democracy we are all entiled to our opinion. Lets be free to continue to say what is on our minds.
