This deal is between Kry and CREC/CRRC and has nothing to do with VZ and the gold sale law. That stuff will be dealt with seperately apart from this JV deal.

While it would have been nice to see the PR before the 5pm Toronto dealing listed in the preliminary agreement I don't see it being a big issue other than we are all sick of waiting and even if it isn't a hard deadline it would have been great to actually meet one on time. There is still a couple hours to go before they are late.

I will be one of the buyers if we have a delay and the price slips some next week.
