That is what I was getting at. It won't matter what the gold sale law is if they don't have to sell the gold in VZ. If China (the new JV subco) takes physical gold as payment and bypasses selling it our 1/3 will come from China rather than VZ. This could be another reason why our 1/3 is way better than 100% of nothing or dealing with VZ ourselves.

That would be truly excellent. Will we find out before the August vote? I don't know. Should shareholders be made aware of details like that? I think so.
