The most important thing to remember is that any vote to proceed with this deal is contingent on CRRC/CREC fulfilling their part which includes bringing the permit.

No permit no deal!!!

Jimmi...my point exactly. I submitted a question via E-mail at the AGM inquiring whether shareholders would be expected to vote on the deal without a permit in hand. I never got an answer. Our shareprice will languish till we receive the permit....and, of course, we'll all vote "yes" regardless. We have no choice.
