Yes, Richard is a nice gentleman but I am not at all reassured by his comments. That it is the INTENT of the company to close the deal means nothing. That is obvious. It has been the intent of the company all along to obtain the environmental permit. That and a dollar will get you a small cup of coffee. The truth is that if the deal were in trouble, RM would be saying exactly the same thing he's been saying so we cannot tell the status of the deal from his comments, especially since he said specifically that he cannot comment on it. I am not saying that I think the deal is in trouble but we cannot tell one way or the other from speaking to RM. Again, though, thanks for letting us know anyway.
