First to Kent, I've been in this over 13 years of ups and downs so when you run out of facts, don't hit me with your "SELL!!!!!" answer because it sounds like a kid who's going to take his bat and ball and go home. I am asking absolutely legitimate questions and I don't need you to like it nor do I care if anybody here calls it "whining". That agreement, as it is written, is expired. Nonbody has any evidence to the contrary. If this is not true, post when it was extended and for how long. Can you? Anyone? I didn't write it and I don't like the "If it was terminated they'd have to say so" mantra because the agreement terminates on its own and does not require any action by either party for it to happen. It's written. Hence, no further announcement would be necessary by anyone.
