I agree with you Nomar, and the company can clear this all up in 5 minutes if they wanted to. The agreement says that it expires by 7/31 at 5PM UNLESS both sides mutually agree to extend same. Now, is it too much to ask for clarification? I don't think so. This is a publicly traded company and with all due respect to some people here who I have great admiration for, the "Well maybe they're so busy they aren't wasting time on an extension" doesn't cut it. Plain and simple, Richard Marshall or Bob Fung, it is 8/5. Did the agreement expire, and really I want to know was it formally and mutually extended ? We all pointed to the end of July (I sure as hell did) saying "Well at least this now has a finite time frame". Enough. Clarify this situation.
