EZ---you say fear is the problem. I agree. But that begs the question as to what causes that fear. May I suggest one reason for the fear. At the annual meeting on June 23rd (some two weeks after the initial timeline was put forth) Fung stated " ...I believe at this point in time we should meet the timeline of July 30." [See about the 23.20 time period] At the time he made that statement the time left to meet the timeline was a little over one month. Now here we are almost a half a month past the timeline and we have heard nothing from management.
