Because we're trying to deal with facts that are pertinent to this particular situation.....not guesswork.

EZ...I gotta tell you. I'd be a happy camper right now if management had clued me into the FACT that there would be a bought deal financing and the effective date of same instead of illuminating us AFTER THE FACT with why the stock price rose and fell (and continues to fall) on such fantastic news.. I would have sold all my shares into strength right alongside the BIG BOYS with inside information. I've done my DD and I know how these things work. I wonder what other "facts 'n dates pertinent to the situation" retail isn't privy to?
