EZ....regarding the delay on the PR release for the final JV Agreement....I'll grant you that it may be taking a little longer than anticipated and that it is not the end of the world. I will, however, stand by my previous statement:

BEFORE WE VOTE...show us:

3. Terms for currency exchange
