Spaceguy......what the oldtimers are forgetting and newbies are ignoring is the fact that Ven IS a player in these JV negotiations. They like to kid themselves into believing it's just between KRY and the Chinese, but it ain't.

100% the deal IS very complicated and the language barriers make it far worse.

But as long as LC is in Venezuela Chavez and his inept "manana" clowns will be the ones who dictate the final terms.

I know this and the market knows this. Just look at the share price since the great announcement came in June.
