True, but that may be because they will soon look an awful lot like chinese. China has become #2, now ahead of Japan, as the second largest industrial giant. It will take a lot of chinese expertise to recover all the billions of loans out of Venezuela at a pace that is acceptable to the 'communist' business community.

I'm wondering just what Chavez can do about the existing bureaucracy. Maybe we'll soon see chinese behind those desks as well. As for the VZ, their pace is part of their culture. It's not likely to change in a hurry....LOL
