As usual, it's the lawyers faults and apparently their lead counsel Hugh Jassol has them working at a snails pace for $500.00 hour, who would have thunk it. They don't seem to see the urgency of the project and they seem to keep nodding off.

Perhaps....but I think a more likely scenario is that this whole thing was much more rushed and 'last minute' than we are aware of....these "details" that would have been addressed easily if (as some contend) this deal was in the works for the better part of a year were not addressed until after the agreement (and associated milestone dates) was made public. Why? well....the AGM date was carved in stone and KRY needed something to hand shareholders other than "we hope not to be bankrupt in a few weeks". Of course...you're probably correct. This whole tax thing is extremely complex and no lawyer (not even Hugh Jassol Esq.) could have foreseen it as an issue.
