Certainly didn't mean to raise hackles, haha. Unfortunately, while this play often consumes us, for long periods of time, the fact that governments are involved in whether or not our Spruce Goose ever gets off the ground means that the timing of this thing is not in the hands of our BOD. Plus, this development is not the most important thing on the minds of the governments involved.
