And if/when it doesn't happen next week, then it will be blamed on something else like small miners getting satisfied or document translation or something else.

The other poster was right. Last year it was, "Chavez needs votes so he has to announce this prior to the elections." This year its the opposite. The point here is retail doesn't know and never will until it happens so let's stop fooling ourselves. It's nothing against you EZ or anyone else. It's just the country we've decided to invest in.
