I recenly spoke to bob as well... he felt "terrific" about progress... agreement with chinese ready to sign and indication from Ven senior people at environemtn and mining were all supportive... i would think just waiting for kahn and chavez to complete their trip.

the facts are: We have a contract! We are compliant! We been working on this for 15 years but specifically the last 12 to 18 months... closely with ven and chinese. ven blessed the partnership, ven promised the permit to chinese, kahn promised to fung.

just get the agreements and infrastructure in place... the permit iswaiting for you when you are ready. (kahn to fung as advised to me by a director)

So... if Chavez or Kahn wanted to give us the Kry salute (a kick to the jewels), they could have easily done it before!!! this week is the important one.... yes there have been very many important weeks (39 in all) but, this one coming up is critical.....
