Possibly Canada should get envolved with buying a little oil or anything they can use as well, as being reciprocal has its benefits. Although Russia also looks to be part of this promise scenario.

That 51/49 is just my opinion based on many posts. It would appear that Chevez wants more then what was originaly agreed apon. Where I come from a put off is a no.

An Egyptian Company called Centamin Egypt Ltd CEE on the TSX has an agreement that gives Centamin a 50% split. They also have over 1 Billion Shares issued. They have about 1/3rd of our resource base, are in production and are trading around $2.78 Cdn.

I do not believe Chavez will take less the 51% of this J/V in order to justify this to his senate and population. I also believe that we will be bought out by either Ven or China. Either way a buy out will allow Ven to give tne remaining share to their party of choice which I believe will be China.

I hope I am wrong but even a buy out should be rewarding to KRY. Something is holding this up. Whichever way it works out i also believe Las Brisas will be part of the final package.

Lets us hope Chavez honors his word and that we will be the junior partner in this venture.
