I am actually more comforted at this point that the Chinese will get this. If we look back to when the whole permit fiasco started and we knew we were'nt getting it there was common knowledge that Vz didn't want to go to arbitration on this and an acceptable solution be found to avoid it.

We have this Crrc/China deal anonounced with a press release stating that Crrc officials have met with the man himself and recieved assurances that this deal was favourable. I suppose one has to lay that release and the presentation that kry had for it's agm on the table and assess if it was all lies. I don't think it was. Kry wouldn't put a statement out like this on it's own for any sort of strong arming. They are in no position to do so in this regard without something to back it up. If they lied, or should I say extended themselves, about the part that Crrc met with and got assurances from Chavez and only have support from "high level govt officials"( f%#k, where have we heard that before?) then maybe worry has a place in this. But I don't think so at this point in time. But then I rode this from $7.00 down to .10 too, lol.

Anyway, I feel it will resolve in a Crrc deal in the end. Time frame? who knows.
