As your post implies, our BOD doesn't own many shares in KRY, does it? I remember in the mists of time there had been some sort of reason given when this issue was raised by shareholders. Seems to me that if the BOD is now very optimistic about the company's future, shouldn't they have been buying shares over the past few months?
