What about all the investors that added to their share portfolio in KRY based on the statements by management back in June? I assume RF & RM know that they can say anything they want with impunity because they know that none of the shareholders can sue considering that we all know that the bondholders have first priority on the cash position and the sale of the equipment to cover their 100 million balance owed.
