May be that you are correct. I only know what I read in the papers(Will Rogers quote?) and the only papers I have are a copy of the Binding Preliminary Agreement. Everything else seems to be worth the paper it's written on.

I am not trying to be negative or disagreeable. I want this to succeed. I am simply trying to filter out the "noise" in all the communication, and I am sure you'd agree that there has been more than enough of that. I agree with many posts that say that some definitive official statement by the KRY BOD would be a real and much needed blessing. Unfortunately, to quote Shakespeare, too much stuff is "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing". Pray for real clarification.
