Mind you, I should think there would be some kind of pop in the SP if this is all kept quiet until a formal announcement. I believe more and more that we may benefit from an "irrational exuberance" in the hours and days after an announcement. Sort of like a perfect storm of circumstances. Even someone like Cramer would probably have to jump on board, post-announcement.
