If you want to take a shot at guessing the outcome, need to consider given Vz history if KRY didn't have a strong case this mine would have been taken over a long time ago, think we can hope for some kind of compromised outcome, nobody know for sure how this ends, maybe Fung experience in Vz will be helpful to our cause, hold the faith a little longer
