The picture that Emunki's translation provided tells me we will know our fate soon.

It is apparent that parts of VZ want to get rid of us so they can exploit the gold. We have known this for some time now. The ongoing battle between our legal process and the group wanting Russians involved has kept us from the permit so far.

The players on the other side are being paid (IMHO) to keep us from the permit in an effort to try and bankrupt us into submission or file for arbitration. Unfortunately the playing field isn't level and is stacked against us because of the accept practice of bribery and government payola.

The efforts being made to say we have no honored our contract is the last attempt the other side has now that we have a partner with the money to even the playing field. If our contract was in breach we would have been gone long ago. The National Assembly, MinAmb (thanks Merly) and Mibam have all agreed with us that we have meet all conditions and are in good standing.

It has been said here recently where there is smoke there must be fire. The saying is usually true and is probably again this time. The translation has basically confirmed what many of us already know. There are forces trying there best to get rid of Kry. This doesn't mean it will happen however.

I believe the only way out of this mess is for VZ is to either issue us the permit and MOC transfer or get China to buy us out. If VZ was to deny our JV it would cause an arbitration case they allegedly don't want and tell the Chinese they may not get those oil shipments they were promised and paid for.

Either way the end is near and I for one will be glad when this is over.
