OSMO--I'm so glad someone knows more than the rest of us about the company and the JV. That said, please give us the proof that you must hold.

I have heard this kind of talk in the past only to find out that KRY did have something working (ie- the JV) I sure hope your not just blowing smoke up our a##es OF
