Since I am not expecting Chavez to ever grant the permit to anything, even remotely, associated with KRY then I'm holding on for a buyout in the near future or arbitration in the long term.

Therefore I have a question for the group.

I think we all agree the only real value in KRY is the compliant MOC with the CVG.

But since that MOC has never been activated by the granting of the permit, (KRY has certainly fullfilled ITS part of the MOC) then what is the true value of that MOC and therefore what do you think is the true buyout value of KRY?
