Oldfool, I hope you're right and I am wrong but, so far, I've been, sadly, right.

My question still stands.

The only real asset KRY has is the MOC.

But the MOC means nothing without a granted permit.

So, if I'm right, that KRY or a KRY/JV never gets the permit, what is the MOC worth?
