I get as frustrated as the next person during a difficult time like this, however, management is doing what they said they would do. What more needs to be said. I would love to get comforting PR's regularly but it is not going to happen. Management said they would like to close a deal but if they can not, then they would file for arbitration. They let us know when the deal was off. They let us know when they filed for arbitration. They let us know that they are selling the equipment. I was told by RM many times that they would sell the equipment to use for arbitration. They are working on the plan to see arbitration to the end or to a settlement. What are we missing here? Yes, I would love to here that we have an iron clad financing for arbitration but we don't yet. Nothing more to hear from management at this time. Let's stick together and wait for this to be resolved. It will be resolved!
