"It would have been nice for management to have been more straight forward back in June 2010 in the PR instead of the way they delivered it with legal ease. That mislead most investors of all size. It is easy now to go back in hindsight and point out the one single line of print that should have been capitalized for reference and discussion"
I get what you are saying Osmo, but all PR are "Lawyered up" comes with the forward looking statement, we tend not to read it, on the other hand some PR should be used as an opportunity to exit
