Dear EZ,

you're the one with the butter's knife in hand.. The reason behind the fact that Crystallex is putting on first position the MOC and the Permit is, simply put, that MOC and the Permit are the reasons for the filing. So, they're just saying "Hey, they've promised us the MOC and the Permit, but they're not giving us them anymore! So, let them give us 3.8 billions dollars instead..."

That's all. Just stop dreaming eyes wide shut or seeing pigs flying around. Now it is Arbitration or Death.

And, I'll give you a reminder of about a six months ago or more, when I wrote a post about your predictions on KRY being soon over .70 cents before the 31st, july 2010, and was bashed very hard by you and some others for this.

Now who was right?

I'm pretty much new here, but I've been a Crystallex's shareholder for the last couple of years, and still I am, but never wrote in the forum before.

I decided to do this to ask you how you are so sure the price will be skyrocketin' before the 31th of july, when the market quite clearly think so different about our share.

I mean, if this would be even a tenth certain respect to what many of you writes and thinks, I can't think of only one reason why are going almost everyday downsouth.

Remember this words, I don't think we'll be soon above .60 or .70 cents, before nor after the 31th of july..

Glad to be proven wrong by that date.
