Tuet...I think I agree with most of what you are saying? But don't you think that the easiest and cleanest way forward is simply for the Chinese to acquire Crystallex and move forward with no further impediments (assuming that the MOC was cancelled only because VZ has finallly decided that they will have nothing to do with Crystallex)?
