1. I would expect efforts are focused on new debt to payoff the existing debt based on the comments you referenced from the AGM presentation.

2. Fung (CEO position) and the BOD are the only people responsible/accountable for the current position of Crystallex. I do not own any shares of Hugo Chavez inc., or Venezuela LTD. Executive management failed to execute the strategic plan and now we are in a process of defining what and how we proceed. Fault and blame aren't relevant. At some point management should be held accountable but doubtful that occurs with such a large retail base.

I anticipate a clearer picture anytime within the next 30 days or so.
