I don't know, EZ. Regarding "clairvoyance" I think the entire Ortega mess was a big red flag.

And frankly, I think another big red flag was the fact that KRY management felt that they needed to get China involved at all.

Afterall, the contract was with KRY, KRY had the expertise to mine the mine, and KRY was in compliance. Despite that and everything that happened, they felt they had to bend over backwards for Hugo one more time. In fact, if it was VZ's position "no China, no permit," I would think that VZ would be in breach right at that moment. In fact, if I was Fung I would have had a problem with Hugo even hinting at that. The contract was with KRY.

Anyway, here's hoping the NFL gets their act together and they're be football as a KRY diversion.
