Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
And let's just say that a couple of years ago Bob decided to pull the plug. Where do you think we would be today? I will tell you exactly where - $.09 per share or lower and with a CRAPPY arbitration case because we would have been the ones to have essentially walked away from a valid, binding contract.
The longer, steady course is a royal pain in the a$$, but in the end it will prove to have been the right choice.
That's right. Bob played it perfectly. He could not have filed for arbitration a moment earlier. Because VZ was holding up their end of the bargain right up until Janurary 2011. In fact, VZ could have waited silently another 10 Easters before they issued the permit, despite the fact we have been in full compliance with the contract. Had we filed as soon as Ortega ran her big mouth off, we would have violated the contract. Because she was just kidding.
Very simple: KRY in compliance. VZ issue permit. Should have happened years ago.
