And....what is to keep the bondholders from pushing KRY into bankruptcy, taking complete control of the company, financing the arbitration themselves, and keeping all the winnings that might, someday, be squeezed out of a Hugoless Venezuela?

The bondholders will not be in the picture if/when the refinancing is complete. Any new debt holder will be part of the arbitration story.
