Hugo may croak yes, but I feel strongly his illness has sped up the arbitration process and the money that has entered into Vz. from China and the timing or legnth of hugos tenure is short .

Hugo will permit this to his lenders IMO. Whether it's CITIC or CREC it's all state owned .

Our refi may be connected to the Citic group via Li Ka Shing . Why ? He knows RF from what I read.
