You probably won't like reading this but the value of a stock like KRY is based more on perception than hard numbers on a balance sheet.

Even if KRY can get the financing to keep us out of bankruptcy I doubt the stock will shoot up because its "value" is tied, for the foreseeable future, to the whims of an irradiated nutcase running a banana republic. So even if, after several years, the World Court rules in KRY's favor, we still have to get Ven to pay up. I think investors see easier money to be made than to wait out Chavez doing the right thing.

I'm guessing our chances for a rising stock price (post financing) would improve if GRZ reached a good settlement with Ven and/of Chavez dies.
