EZ.....what you posted is "close" to what I believe but not exactly.

Here's what I believe:

I believe any announcement of new financing WILL give KRY's share price a bump up but not by much, depending on the dilution. If dilution is low or non-existent I'm hoping for a pps north of 50 cents. If there is a lot of dilution I wouldn't expect anything above 30 cents.

I believe if GRZ can get a decent settlement and/or if Chavez is no longer in office that KRY's share price will climb above 50 cents......but will continue to sit below a dollar until a settlement is offered to KRY. (That's of course only true if KRY continues to exist beyond the end of this year)

I believe the only real thing Fung has been good at in the past is raising money but I also believe he has only about a 10% chance of finding new money to pay off the old debt and keep KRY out of bankruptcy.

I believe the current debt holders are sufficiently pissed off enough at KRY that they are unwilling to talk about a re-fi. I believe conversations with them have ended.

I believe with the continuing world recession it gets harder and harder to find high risk investors willing to take a $100 million dollar bet on Chavez/Ven paying off a big award. I believe those investors DO exist but that even they realize there's easier money to be made other than through an award against Venezeula.

I believe no matter how solid KRY's arbitration case is against Ven, it's not a slam dunk and any payoff will be harder to get if Chavez stays in office and if he is successful in pulling in most of Ven's foreign-held assets.

I believe the World Bank is never going to start hijacking Ven oil tankers on the high seas just to make sure we get our money back.

I believe even if China, Russia and Brazil are members of the World Bank they are never going to take money owed to them by Ven and redirect it to KRY.

I believe there are some on this board who will continue to believe: 1, This is all a negotiation ploy and that Ven secretly wants China and KRY to mine LC and maybe even LB. 2, Fung has already found the fresh money and is just looking for the right time to announce it. 3, Chavez is so fearful of the arbitration awards that he's going to settle soon or even grant the permit to KRY. 4, It may take years but once Chavez is gone our payout will be 5 to 8 dollars per share. 5, Fill in the Blank.

As always, I hope I'm wrong about all this.
