Hey RedRock, I'm thinking along similar lines.

Our price is not based on gold or mining. Like EZ said we are an arbitration case but we are a case that may be lost to bankruptcy. That is why we are .10-.12 cents.

When or if the financing happens and we are guaranteed to see our case through to the end we should become valued on the strength of our case. As we get close to an award or settlement the price should rise.

I don't think we will see a huge pop since there is a couples years of waiting but I would hope that we see it move up to at least .25 to start with.

If the financing eliminates the current debt with enough to see us through to the end with little or no dilution I would say RF has pulled a rabbit out of his hat. There has even been talk about extra money to become a mining company again which would mean a listing on the Amex.

I'm not worried about collecting. VZ can't just take their ball and go home when they are part of the global economy. They will be forced to honor their commitment to the process.
