What is your present opinion on the one last obstacle, in my humble opinion, on our chances of getting this debt behind us so that we can finish this arbitration process? I, like many on here, have received the exact same answer from RM via telephone that "there are investors out there that invest in situations like this but it is a complicated process". I can not get a straight answer if they are working with someone at the present moment or if they "are still looking. For the first time, I am getting nervous. Eighty some days goes by quickly and there is not much sand left in the hour glass!
