The two are separate events. The arbitration panel will be convened before financing if the 3rd member agrees to sit on the panel.

Financing will get done in time to pay off the existing note holders. Once this is complete we have to see the arbitration process through to the end.

Don't be surprised if we don't get news of the financing until late Nov.
