As previously stated, at a higher level other ICSID cases assist us in determining how certain aspects of our case may be handled but my response was regarding the poster's ambiguous statements that it was legally relevant whether Infinito receives an award or not. Infinito's case, whether they get anything or not will not legally impact our case. Other cases won't impact our pace of the case, won't have any direct or indirect impact on our case.
