I hope some sense prevails in the end through the court process, but I think there could be some very murky "facts" thrown into this process yet before all is settled. The corruption factor is almost rule of law in some areas down there. How much of that weighs into our case is yet to be seen.

I'm not interested in batting this around anymore as it does no good. My gut feelings have been right so far in this as for the direction things went. I should have heeded them long ago. I hope the court process proves otherwise.
