I have a simple answer for regarding why they have been, and are still there. THEY GET PAID. They have been VERY well PAID for fecking this thing up. The longer it stays fecked up, the longer they get paid. If the Company survives, they get a very nice payoff for being here all these years, on top of GETTING PAID all the way along. What did we get? - SCREWED!!! If we survive, we get crumbs... if we're lucky.

Honestly, I wish the securities regulators would start putting people in jail.
