It followed typical CCAA/Courts previous inactions - to not interfere with management's right to make business decisions.

CCAA deals with out of the norm all of the time. Every company is different.
Yet, CCAA always protects a company from having to liquidate.
Having a windfall later could be interpreted as bucks for all.
Or, in the eyes of CCAA, making a company liquid and viable.

Seems anything can happen.
