I would imagine that while Tenor and Management could attempt to find a way to try and keep everything or bleed shareholder value with ongoing costs it would lead to more legal action. If management had wanted this, why didn't they just make a deal with the bondies to give them the company and take a sweet package with salary and percentage of settlement.

I think your DD is terrific and always adds to this board. The possibilities for a negative and less negative out come with this company are endless. It feels like we are locked in a dark room with posionous snakes that keep trying to bite us. We don't want to be in here but we can't leave because of CCAA. We will survive until the lights come on and the door is unlocked? Don't know! I know worrying about it won't make any difference so I choose to read all the positive and negative opinions just in case a nugget is discovered.
