Ignoring? Ignorance is bliss. Reasonable people have bailed, walking away long ago. Moved on and made up for this loss through other investments. They currently have no concerns about this disaster and some suddenly epiphanized backroom shadow-figure savior.

Besides, Neubold sees Reyes as shareholder's representative, correct? What can this new found backroom shadow-figure mystery holder/attorney bring forth about shareholder concerns that Reyes' attorney has not? Would this mystery attorney/holder be on the CCAA service list? If so, why are they not outright named here? If not, would they not need to file a petition to address the court/Neubold to state intent? Would Neubold allow two parties to represent the shareholder interests? Doubt it, but whatever. Most importantly - Why is this mystery holder/attorney not making themselves outright known and not going through the appropriate official channels to contact commons on the up-and-up?

These are the real questions that deserve real answers.
