If GRZ was the only one then I guess Doug figured out VZ's scam before the rest of the companies. Our case is as good as it can get because we complied with our obligations and unfortunately went above and beyond spending money without the permit. If both GRZ and KRY win their claims then GRZ was simply smarter about it. By filing when they did they preserved shareholder value. You are correct that KRY has more shareholders and shares compared to GRZ but I view that as a negative. I would much rather split any settlement or award with fewer people. While KRY has more shareholders compared to GRZ, management of GRZ owns more shares of their own company compared to KRY if I'm not mistaken.

We can debate this all you want but it doesn't change the facts.
