Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Hope that made you feel better.
Your entitled to your opinion even if it is wrong and based on what has transpired. I would continue the debate but you have gone from talking about facts to just being defensive. You posted:
"I always felt that because of what Crytallex did to Venezuela and Placer Dome earlier in this saga screwed there chances of ever mining Las Cristinas, they had totally embarrassed Venezuela with those actions. But they weren't going to publically document there feelings as they'd be shooting themselves in the foot in any arbitration case if they admitted to this illegal plan.....comprende...."
Saying you believed you thought Crystallex was screwed and then zealously defending Fung by saying there way no way of him knowing Crystallex would get screwed put you in a unique position to argue against yourself.
I laid out a timeline for you that you have chosen to ignore showing when it may have been prudent to file for arbitration. I reiterate for you that nobody is suggesting that Crystallex should have filed early. I'm saying that Fung at some point should have figured out Crystallex was being led along like a donkey with a carrot. If you could figure it out then surely a smart business guy like Fung should be able to.
I don't know what is true or not true. Like you none of us were in the board room. The only difference is that I'm willing to entertain Don's arguement as a possibility and you aren't even though you both have the same information.
Your hatred for GRZ is a nother story. Not sure why you keep bring them up here with such venom. Is it because your arguements go out the window if GRZ receives a fair ruling despite filing earlier than KRY. IMHO, GRZ took the position that they were never going to get to mine so filing for arbitration instead of pouring any more money into a losing battle was the prudent thing to do. Nobody cares what kind of company GRZ is or what type of plan they had for VZ. In the end if GRZ gets want they want then I guess filing when they did was the correct thing to do for them.
