Respectfully, your math/logic is reprehensible.
Tenor cannot accept interest (that includes any and all fees, bonuses, award shares, ANYTHING) that exceeds 60% per annum of the principal loan amount.
This was made clear in both the Hainey decision and the appellate affirmation.
Tenor ONLY gets 60% per year interest on the outstanding principle balance. The other unsecured creditors get paid what they are owed with no interest. The balance goes to the shareholders.
